Vertical videos are specifically shot for use on social media that favor vertical orientation and captures more attention by filling the entire screen.
We create more aerial footage highlighting the home’s location to points of interest.

FAQs
What If I Need To Or Reschedule Or Cancel My Appointment?
No problem! If you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours before the appointment, there is no charge. If you have to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, there is a $100 fee. Aerial and twilight shoots are not required to give 24-hour notice if due to weather conditions.
If you need to make changes to your appointment, use the online scheduling platform, or call or text 415-515-1911 or email stephen@radiantphotovideo.com as soon as possible.
What Is Your Turnaround Time?
Next day by noon. Rarely it might go over that but we would let you know before and always by 5pm. Videos take a little longer but you will have them within 48hrs.
We also offer 5% off your total shoot if you can wait 48 hours for delivery of assets. That gives our hard working editors a little extra breathing room.
What If The Weather Is Overcast During The Shoot?
Sky replacement for photographs is one option for dreary skies and is done at no charge; however, this is impossible for video. Another option is we can still shoot the interior and come back at a later date for facade/views for a nominal charge. We recommend aerial photography, and aerial video be rescheduled at no charge.
Can I Share These Images With My Stager, Contractor, Designer, Architect, Etc.?
Basically no. Radiant Photo Video holds the copyright and licenses the products to you to use for marketing purposes. You can use the photos and videos to promote, market, and sell the property that was photographed, however, you cannot use the photos and videos for any other purposes.
If someone asks you about your rights to the products, you need to refer them to us. We will allow others to use our products for an additional licensing fee.
How Can I Prepare The Home For The Shoot?
The home will be shot “as is,” meaning we will not be making any significant changes to the way it appears and the better looking the home is, the better it will photograph. If we can make a minor move (move flowers, fix outdoor pillows, etc.) to create a more powerful image, we certainly would but should not be counted on.
What If The Property Is Not Ready At The Appointment Time Or The Photographer Can’t Access The Property?
We expect the property to be photo-ready at the time of your appointment. If we must wait longer than 15 minutes to be prepared, or to be let into the property, a $25 fee applies. If we must wait 30 minutes or more the shoot is entirely canceled and a $100 fee will be assessed.
